Womanade

Womanade is a 501(c)(3) charity that benefits South Shore residents in need. Womanade coordinates with local social workers and school counselors to screen and designate recipients for assistance. The organization augments other agencies’ efforts. Womanade provides monetary assistance to pay for critical expenses such as a doctor’s visit, prescription, monthly utility bill, groceries, or clothing. The majority of funds are raised through social gatherings where donations are requested. Womanade distributes 100% of all funds that are collected.
